Focus Spine C Factory

Trail-Rocket!
For epic transalp journeys or even speedy after work sessions – Spine terrain! This new Carbon Trailfully from Cloppenburg (GER) comes with a sports geometry with compact rear triangle and an effective 120 mm landing gear. Uphill it scores with a relatively steep seat angle and a sensitive rear – endless efficiency and grip! With short chainstays and a central seating position it’s absolutely playful and greedy for technical passages. A not to short wheelbase and 68° steering angle bring smoothness and safety in high-speed descents. The 27.5″ wheels brings similar advantages as the Twentyniners, without those weight/acceleration disadvantage.

The elaborately designed carbon frame comes with a nice absorbing linkage driven single pivot rear suspension with 12×142 mm X12 thru axle. With the Focus “Stiffness per Size” technology every frame size got a different carbon layup for same performance to weight ratio. The clean appearance is achieved through an internal cable routing, which extends the lifespan of the shifting cables significantly. A tapered head tube stands for increased steering head rigidity, which leads in a improved handling of the bike in extreme situations and at maximum downhill speed.
The short chainstays, a long top tube and short stem make an incredible agility of the bike. The short headtube and a sloped top tube improves the driver position on the bike and virtually integrates him into the chassis. The flat steering angle stands for absolute control and smooth operation in harsh driving situations.

The Focus Spine C is equipped with SRAM X01/X1 1×11-speed components for smooth shifting performance. Strong, hydraulic SRAM Guide RSC disc brakes allow great breaking power on the trail while the RockShox Pike/Monarch suspension provides unlimited fun with its 120 mm of travel. The wide handlebar center provides maximum riding performance and the solid DT Swiss Spine M1700 wheelset with 23 jaw wide forgives even a muffed hard landing. Continental Mountain-King provides a guarantee that acceleration transfer directly to the trail.
