SaltStick DrinkMix is ideal for anyone who sweats, including athletes and outdoor workers, or in situations where you need a boost of electrolytes.

SUGGESTED USE: Mix one scoop into 475-600 mL of water to your preferred concentration. For larger groups and teams, mix one full tub of powder into a 19 L container of water. Consume every 60-90 minutes during physical activity, for up to five servings daily.
